Lindy is a licensed Realtor and certified Relocation Specialist, specializing in residential transactions for sellers, buyers, investors, and tenants.  A twelve-year veteran in real estate and a San Franciscan native who's lived in the Bay Area all her life, Lindy’s extensive knowledge on areas ranging from San Francisco to Silicon Valley, East Bay, and North Bay is ideal for families seeking sound guidance on neighborhoods, schools, safety, commute routes, access to essentials, home pricing, and crafting the winning offer as they purchase, upgrade, downsize, relocate, or invest in properties under her direction.  Lindy’s meticulous attention to detail in every phase of the home selling or buying process, enables her clients to feel informed and connected as they navigate the transaction process with her from ratification to closing.  Prior to real estate, Lindy was a public speaker for firms in need of an engaging spokesperson with influential oral and writing skills.  Lindy graduated from the University of California, at Berkeley, with two Bachelor degrees-in Rhetoric and in Dance.  While English is her native language, she also is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.  In her spare time, Lindy enjoys bodybuilding, inventing healthier versions of traditional recipes, and long walks with her husband and their canine son.
